• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• remove or alter proprietary notices

You agree not to:

• use the Services for unlawful purposes
• interfere with or disrupt infrastructure or servers
• attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
• misuse or abuse refund systems or platform mechanisms

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account and devices.

The Services rely on third-party platforms and providers, including but not limited to:

• Google Play Services
• Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Authentication)
• email service providers

We do not control and are not responsible for:

• availability
• performance
• security
• data handling practices

of such third parties.

Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

We do not guarantee that:

• the Services will be compatible with all devices
• the Services will operate without interruptions, delays, or errors

Performance may vary depending on:

• device hardware
• operating system
• third-party dependencies

Purchases are primarily processed via the Google Play Store and are subject to its policies.

Digital products are generally non-refundable, except:

• where required by law
• where explicitly stated by the platform

We reserve the right to:

• modify pricing at any time
• limit or deny refund requests in cases of abuse, fraud, or repeated refund behavior

The Services are provided for functional and aesthetic purposes only.

We do not guarantee:

• user satisfaction

• compatibility with user expectations

Features, design elements, and functionality may evolve over time.

• modify, update, or discontinue features

SXZ UNIVERSE applications:

• are NOT medical devices
• do NOT provide medical advice

Any health-related data:

• is provided by the device operating system or sensors
• is not controlled or verified by us

We do not guarantee accuracy and disclaim all responsibility for its use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided:
"as is" and "as available"

We expressly disclaim all warranties, including:

• fitness for a particular purpose
• reliability
• availability
• accuracy

To the maximum extent permitted by law: SXZ UNIVERSE shall not be liable for:

• indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• loss of data or revenue
• device malfunction or hardware issues
• battery degradation or screen burn-in
• health-related issues

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the Services.

Some jurisdictions may not allow certain limitations, so parts of this clause may not apply.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SXZ UNIVERSE from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• your use or misuse of the Services
• violation of these Terms
• violation of applicable laws

• you grant SXZ UNIVERSE a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license
